Reflexology

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is one of the oldest healing treatments in the world dating back

to the Ancient Chinese and Egyptians. It works on the practice of applying

precise pressure of the fingers and hands to specific points on the feet that

correspond with each organ and system within the body. Each movement in

turn encourages the body to stimulate its own healing.

Your First Visit

Your first visit will involve a detailed consultation which enables our reflexologist

to identify the best treatment for you based on your mental, emotional and physical needs.

Members of VHI, LAYA, Vivas and HSA can claim a refund from some of the cost of

your reflexology treatment.

“I’ve waited 48 hours after my treatment to post this. I have had the two of the most restful night's sleep that I have had in a long time and it is all down to the amazing reflexology session I had with the wonderful Samantha Parkes. The session was totally relaxing , healing and comforting.”
