Based in Baldoyle I cater for everyone near and far and are located close to

Malahide, Clontarf, Clongriffin, Coolock, Bayside, Clarehall, Kinsealy, Artane,

Belmayne...to name but a few! 

 

 

My passion is helping people reach their optimum in health and wellbeing through acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine,  nutrition and mindfulness. I believe that the body, mind and soul are connected and that if one of these are out of sync, then the body falls into a state of discontent.

With almost 10 years practice I specialise in fertility and gynae issues and male factor infertility. As a fertility coach I guide people through each journey from IVF to Natural Conception. I support my clients with acupuncture, Chinese Herbal medicine,  reflexology, womb and fertility massage, talk therapy, mindfulness and some laughs thrown in for good measure.

My purpose is to help each and every client, on their journey, by treating each person individually, differently, but holistically. Together we will look at all aspects of their lives to help get them back into balance and back on track. To me its all about the journey and less about the destination.
